We will tailor this to your needs, so we can provide whichever services you need from the list below.
What is included with each service:
Property Compliance- Maintain all necessary licensing and ensure the property is in compliance with local regulations.
Pricing Optimization- Nightly pricing will be set based on local, competitive pricing. Pricing software will be used for optimization, will regular monitoring by Account Manager.
Guest Communication- All communications with guests will be handled in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guests have all the information they need for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.
Hosting Platform Optimization- Initial setup and ongoing maintenance of property postings on various hosting platforms (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO) to maximize exposure and increase reservations.
Cleaning Services- Arrange for cleaning services after reservations, maintaining the property in pristine condition for each guest.
Property Maintenance- Coordination of ongoing property maintenance with trusted vendors (i.e. landscaping, snow/ice removal, etc.)
Property Repairs- Coordination of repairs needed as a result of normal wear and tear, damage by guests, etc.
Walk Throughs- Inspect property on a regular basis, and as needed, to review vendor performance and optimize the guest experience.
After Hours Services- Available for any emergency situations pertaining to the property or guests.
Professional Photos- Coordination of professional photos with a trusted photographer.
Financial Reporting- We will provide a Monthly Financial Report that includes all incomes and expenses.
