I have been married to my beautiful wife, Grace, since 2003 and we have 4 wonderful children.  We moved to Eagle, ID in 2013 and our family has absolutely loved our time in the Treasure Valley.  My passion for the real estate world began in 2004 when I was a realtor in Las Vegas for 4 years and while I ultimately chose a different career path, my desire to be involved in real estate never left.  My love for vacation properties began in 2021 as I was researching what type of investment property to purchase.  The more I learned about short term rentals, the more intrigued I became and we finally landed our first property in the summer of 2022.  The passion has only grown since then as Hailey and I have built this company to help others find the excitement and benefits we have!

I currently live in St. George, Utah. I moved here in August of 2022 to start college at Utah Tech University. I got married in October, 2023 to my best friend Logan Macurdy. I am working to finish up my Associates Degree at Utah Tech University. My plan was to work as a preschool teacher after graduation, but after we setup and began managing our property in Wisconsin, I found that I enjoyed it a lot more than I ever expected! So when my dad asked me to partner with him to start this company, I happily agreed!
